1. Handmade Product Nature

All items are handcrafted to order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size, color, texture, and appearance are normal and expected. These variations are not considered defects but rather characteristics that make each piece unique.

2. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Once a custom or pre-order item enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due in full at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees or rate fluctuations charged by your financial institution.

4. Product Accuracy

We strive to display accurate product colors and details. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and the natural characteristics of chenille yarn, dye lots, and handmade materials.

5. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photographs, descriptions, and content on this site are the property of Chainmade Crafts and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review our Refund and Return Policy for complete details and our quality guarantee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chainmade Crafts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
