Processing Times

In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. If your order is delayed for any reason, we'll notify you by email.

Custom and pre-order items are handcrafted to order and require 3–4 weeks for completion. You'll receive a shipping notification as soon as your item is on its way.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the USA only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in select Kansas counties. You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, along with pickup instructions and location details.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking numbers provided. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment within the continental United States.

Handmade Item Variations

As each item is lovingly handcrafted by hand, slight variations in color, size, and details are normal and add to the unique character of your piece.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at [your email] with photos, and we'll work to make it right. For lost packages, we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
