Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our crochet plushies and gifts, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items.

Each piece is carefully crafted by hand specifically for you, making every item unique. Once production begins, we are unable to cancel, modify, or accept returns on your order.

We take pride in our craftsmanship and inspect every item before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to make it right.
